TERMS for Art and Tattoos
DG Wilson expects for you to take your contractual agreement with DG and Masterpieces Art Studio seriously. You determine the price range you wish to spend on any piece of commissioned art; this excludes products sold online, through other sellers/wholesalers etc, and products with a set price displayed in the Art Studio. DG Wilson in return has the right to deny or not accept your project if your budget range is outside of the normal prices for similiar work. Acceptiong of a contract or commissioned work of art is up to the sole disgression of DG Wilson and Masterpieces Art Studio, not the client. In return you agree to pay in full the agreed upon price and in the set schedule.
If you do not pay in full and the work is completed, such as in the case of fine art and or illustration, logos etc, then DG Wilson will retain the work until payment is completed. If in the event that the payment period is excessive and or beyond the anticipated payment schedule there may be an increase in the final price, this fee will be 10% of the whole cost of the product added to the original price for every month that the work is retained with DG Wilson; this fee application is at the sole disgression of DG Wilson and or Masterpieces Art Studio.
In the event that a tattoo was completed and full payment was not received you will be proscuted and or sued to the full extend of your tattoo fee as well as any possible fees such as legal and court fees incurred in the legal action to receive payment. You will also be refused any further work unless you pay in cash up front before your tattoo and do not exceed the limitations of the original project by adding more details, color, work and or DG Wilson's time to the piece without payment in full prior to all work.
If you order a commissioned or custom tattoo that requires a deposit and multiple sessions to complete the tattoo DG Wilson and the Masterpieces Art Studio request that you finish your tattoo and payment within a maxium of six (6) month period from the time of deposit. This means, if you ask DG Wilson to draw up your tattoo and you leave a deposit for the tattoo you then need to get the tattoo and finish payment in full within 6 months, or you might have to pay an extra fee. If you take more sessions that DG Wilson anticipated you will have to pay more for the time, cost of equipment etc.
AGAIN: DG Wilson expects you to do your tattoo in the amount of sessions anticipated at the time of the drawing and deposit. If the pain or for any other reason such as but not limited to, illness, fainting, time constraints and so on, causes you to stop your tattoo or commissioned painted portrait sessions early, which then causes the time frame for completion of your artwork to be delayed, you may have to pay an extra fee for each following session beyond the anticipated amount of sessions described at the time of deposit. The application of the extra fee is at the sole disgression of DG Wilson and or Masterpieces Art Studio, will be a 10% increase in the total fee agreed upon at the time of deposit per month until payment is completed.
If in the event that the tattoo is very complex and or time consuming on DG Wilsons' part which then causes you to have more sessions beyond the anticipated amount described at the time of deposit, and your commissioned work of art is paid in full then DG Wilson will continue to work and complete the project as quickly as he can while not limiting the quality but will not charge extra for following sessions.
